METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGH-VOLTAGE FRAMELESS COIL Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H01F41/04 

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method for frameless coil production is characterized by the fact that hardware made of plastic material is used consisting of mandrel having cylindrical part for winding of wire and central axial hole, core in form of bolt with thickened middle part and nut. To produce the coil, tooling is assembled by placing the core in the central axial hole of the mandrel, and the nut is tightened against the stop in the mandrel, fixing the core position and increasing the diameter of the cylindrical part of the mandrel in the range of elastoplastic deformation of the plastic material. Further, the free end of the wire is fixed on the mandrel to form the first output of the coil, the wire is wound and the coils of the coiled coil are fixed, the second coil output is formed, nut is unscrewed, core is extracted from mandrel axial bore to reduce diameter of its cylindrical part and coil is removed from mandrel.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of environmental friendliness of frameless coils by reducing the number of production wastes and avoiding the use of high-toxic substances.
