FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, to methods of manufacturing of frameless large-size coils of high voltage electrotechnical devices, and can be used during coils manufacturing for transformers, vibration tables etc. The coil manufacturing method of HV electrotechnical device includes alternate winding with tension on the mandrel of the insulation material layers, containing glass fabric and uncured epoxy binding, and layers of conductor, with further binding substance solidification. The conductor is wound in the central groove made in the insulation material layer after the binding substance solidification. Width and depth of the groove are determined depending of the equal number of turns in the conductor layer and geometrical size of the wire. The wire prior to the laying in the groove is provided with braiding out of glass tape impregnated with uncured epoxy binding with its further solidification after laying. Each layer of the insulation material is formed by layer-by-layer laying of the glass fabric packages out of glass fabric reinforced by glass thread above.

EFFECT: invention improved quality of the soil upon assurance of its integrity due to reliable layer-by-layer and interwinding insulation, ensuring stability towards operation effects.
