FIELD: training simulators; sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for training athletes, particularly hip extensor muscles and shin flexors. Device for leg muscles training includes hollow box 1, in which there are four vertical supports 2, on which fixed plate 3 is rigidly fixed. Besides, in hollow box 1 there are two identical devices for creation and regulation of load for right 4 and left 5 feet, which are made in form of hollow sleeve 14 with hole in base. Each hollow sleeve 14 is equipped with cover 15 with a hole on the opposite side. Inside the working cavity of each case there is piston 16 with an integrated strain gage 17 and rod 18, between piston 16 and the base of the sleeve in the cavity there is a spring for creating load 19. On rod 18 there is a screw thread interacting with nut 20 installed in opening of cover 15, and rod end 21 is fixed at rod end to move piston 16 in front-to-rear direction. Each load generating device is connected by rope 6 through unit 7 and unit of tension and fixation of rope 8 with special strap 9, which is fixed on ankle of right or left leg with the help of Velcro. At that, the rope tension and fixation unit 8 comprises axle 32, on which the rope winding drum 34 installed in body 33 is placed, pinion 35 is fixed on the drum and in contact with retainer 36 connected with spring 37 and lever of disengagement of stop 38, at that, axle 32 is installed with possibility of rotation, and on its free end there is a handle for rotation of drum 39. On fixed plate 3 there are two guide rails 22 for movement of movable plate 23, on which along rollers 24 by means of gear wheel 26, fixed on movable plate 23, movement is carried out in front and rear direction of chair 10 by means of spring device 27. Besides, on fixed plate 3 there is toothed plank 25, through which by means of gear wheel 26 movable plate 23 moves by means of sportsman's efforts. Movable plate 23 accommodates chair 10 to incline backrest 11 to horizontal position by means of thrust 29. For the right and left hands armrests 12 are installed, on which there are digital indicators 13, which receive information from strain gage 17 of the device for creating and regulating the load for the right leg and the left leg separately. Adjustment of movable plate 23 in front-to-back direction is performed by means of spring device 27, gear wheel 26, braking device 28 limiting movement of moving plate 23. When knee bending is performed, chair 10 backrest 11 is lowered to contact with movable plate 23. Retractable support 31 with digital indicators 13 is mounted to chair 10 backrest 11.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of arsenal of devices for leg muscles training.
