FIELD: physical exercise.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sports and rehabilitation power equipment for physical exercises of a user, namely, to a multifunctional exercise machine with a variable load. The exercise machine contains a frame, a lifting platform, a drive, a support for legs, a knee support. Above the frame, a lifting platform with front, rear and side parts is hinged to it. The lifting platform is made with the possibility of inclination relative to the frame by means of a drive. In the rear part of the frame, an open inner space is formed with the possibility of placing the rear part of the lifting platform in it when it is tilted relative to the frame. The exercise machine additionally contains a movable assembly and two hand rests. Sides of the lifting platform are equipped with guides with the possibility of moving on them along the lifting platform of the movable unit and fixing it in a position selected by the user. The movable assembly includes a seat, a backrest adjustable relative to the seat, and a headrest. Two palm rests are two separate parts located on the sides of the lifting platform, removably attached to a fixed axis located perpendicular to the sides of the lifting platform and fixed under the lifting platform at the end of the front part. Each palm rest contains a support made with the possibility of a fixed rotation around the specified axis and with the possibility of detachment from the axis on the side of the lifting platform. Each palm rest has a handle secured to the support. Each handle is curved and contains three straight knees bent perpendicular to each other. The first elbow, passing perpendicularly from the support means to the second elbow, is made telescopic with the possibility of fixed adjustment of its length. The foot rest is detachably fixed at the end of the rear part of the lifting platform with the possibility of moving the movable assembly with the knee rest removed to the end of the rear part of the lifting platform with the foot rest removed.
EFFECT: reduction in the time of changing the position of the user's body in combination with a wide range of regulation of loads on various parts of the user's body.
