SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to measurement of liquids flow rate, and can be used in automated control systems of technological processes in air separation plants. Liquid flow rate measuring device consists of a measuring tank with a liquid receiver and an outlet nozzle equipped with a mechanism for regulating the cross-section area, level transducer, outlet nozzle cross section area control mechanism position transducer, control unit and recording instrument.

EFFECT: technical result is wider range of measuring liquid consumption without increasing vertical dimensions of device and need to use calibrated nozzles by using nozzle with mechanism for regulating cross-sectional area.
