SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method, system and device for recording turn events. Method implemented by the system and the turn event recording device includes detection, in the navigation system, of pressing a button on the human-machine interface device, separate from the navigation system, based on the signal received from the human-machine interface device. Method also includes, in response to the user input, determination of the vehicle location corresponding to the navigation system, and one or more vehicle characteristics. Method also includes registration of turning event data for vehicle, wherein said turn events contain location and one or more vehicle characteristics.
EFFECT: safe registration and routing of turning in real time.
