SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container with securing device (16), in particular to a blow-molded plastic container, preferably in the form of an ampoule. Said container has storage part (4) for receiving a medium, which can be discharged through opening (10) of the container, and head part (6), which is removably attached to storage part (4) by means of separation point (12) and which, after its separation from storage part (4), releases opening (10) of the container for removing the medium from it. Said container according to the invention is characterized in that separation of head (6) from storage part (4) is completely prevented or at least difficult in the secured position by securing device (16), whereas, in at least one release position, head (6) is easily detachable from storage part (4) at separation point (12).
