SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a device for determining coordinates of a spacecraft based on signals of navigation satellites. To determine coordinates, transmitting radio signals from navigation satellites with known orbit parameters at known moments in time, tracking them with receiving antennae on spacecraft, determining distance between navigation satellites and spacecraft in a certain way, determining coordinates of spacecraft taking into account all monitored signals of navigation satellites. Device comprises receiving antennae, units for forming distances and coordinates of navigation satellites, unit for determining coordinates, spacecraft orientation determining unit, direction receiving axes direction receiving device, receiving antenna axes directions converter, angles detector between the receiving antenna axes and navigation satellites, satellite tracking enabling unit, receiving antenna mask angles setting device connected in certain manner.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining coordinates of a spacecraft.
