FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyamide composition suitable for producing articles having high chemical resistance. Polyamide composition contains: (a) at least one polyamide mixture formed by (i) at least one polyamide 6.6, the number of terminal amino groups (AEG) of which is greater than the number of terminal carboxyl groups (CEG), and (ii) at least one long-chain polyamide, which is polyamide 6,10, (b) at least one reinforcing filler, (c) at least one heat stabilizer, (d) aluminium stearate and optionally (e) at least one additive. Polyamide composition can be used successfully to obtain articles having high chemical resistance, particularly cracking resistance in the presence of a CaCl2 salt, such as lower reservoir of radiator in car.
EFFECT: technical result is providing satisfactory resistance of the polyamide composition to cracking in the presence of salts, especially with respect to the CaCl2 salt, compared to polyamide compositions containing metal salts other than aluminium stearate without deterioration of other mechanical and thermal properties.
