FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Motor-wheel with high magnetic engagement comprises wheel with built-in electric motor made in the form of asynchronous electric machine, which stator is fixed on fixed wheel axis, and movable short-circuited rotor. Engine has stator windings, assembled one into star, the other into triangle, larger than that of standard motor with one winding, number of phases and addition of magnetic fields of these two windings. Besides, it comprises asynchronous motor control unit and harnesses combining motor-wheel with power supply and control unit. Rotor contains independently in pairs short-circuited turns passing in grooves of magnetic conductor of rotor, which are pairs of short-circuited rods located along rotor perimeter, closing pairs of slots, distance between which corresponds to distance between zones adjacent to boundaries of pole division of stator, and zones adjacent to stator pole half pitch boundaries. Stator windings can be assembled into a star or a triangle.
