FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction articles, in particular, to production of mono- and / or multicolor sidewalk tiles by way of vibrocompression of semi-dry, colored sand-cement mixtures. Vibrocompression pan includes wooden base elements connected to each other by means of braces with formation of flat working wear-resistant surface of tray with protective C-shaped profiles mounted on ends of base. Each element of the tray base is made in the form of a layered structure-package consisting of strips of veneer with thickness of 1.0–3.0 mm, impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin, pressed in a mold, facing with their longitudinal sides when assembling elements to a flat working wear-resistant surface tray. At that, on sides of elements in contact with each other during pallet assembly, fixing position of elements relative to each other groove-crest is formed.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance and service life of the tray.
