FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a pallet for vibrocompression includes manufacturing a wooden base with flat surface, fixing wooden elements with strainers, manufacturing and fixing protective C-shaped profiles at ends. First, an intermediate layer of wear-resistant coating is created on the levelled surface of the wooden pallet base, for which purpose the pallet base surface is impregnated with a compound - a polyester resin with a hardener. After that, the wear-resistant surface layer of the pallet is directly created by applying a glass base to the surface of the primed pallet and impregnating it with the compound, then the pallet is placed on a thermovacuum table, covered with an elastic membrane and vacuum of 0.006-0.008 MPa is created between the table surface and the membrane. The pallet is heated to a temperature of 70-80°C and held at such pressure and temperature for 20-30 minutes, and after solidification, the compound excesses are removed from the pallet surface.

EFFECT: expanding production capabilities by means of imparting strength and wear resistance to the sheet surface.
