FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for construction of bases of buildings and structures from disperse non-cohesive soil with required characteristics of physical or mechanical properties. Method of controlling characteristics of physical and mechanical properties of dispersed unbonded soil by granulometric synthesis involves collecting a sample of dispersed loose earth and initially in laboratory conditions is divided into fractions using sieves, preparing additional soil samples, in which the weight fractions of the recovered fractions are equal to each other. Determining characteristics of each prepared sample and calculating regression coefficients bu and b123...k by given relationships. Ratio of weight fractions of separate fractions in the synthesized soil is selected so that to obtain soil with a given characteristic value, then the available soil is divided into fractions and then, by mixing the selected weight fractions of the separate fractions, the soil is synthesized with a new granulometric composition.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing control of characteristics of physical and mechanical properties of dispersed loose earth by granulometric synthesis, taking into account the combined effect of characteristics of individual soil fractions on the characteristics of synthesized soil with a new granulometric composition.
