SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for final treatment of surface structure of material of elevator, which extends along well (1). Elevator comprises, at least, one elevator cabin (4) movable in shaft (1), chamber (3) arranged at elevator cabin (4) and generating surface image data and evaluation unit that based on image data determines absolute position and/or speed of movement of elevator cabin (4). Surface structure differs by the fact that it is subjected to final treatment at least in separate sections to increase expressiveness of the surface structure. Further, the invention relates to rail conductor (6) and rail track fastening element (6), which are subjected to final treatment by said method, and to elevator, which contains said rail conductor (6), fastening element or shaft wall (2), which are also subjected to final treatment by said method.
EFFECT: inventions provide higher reliability of the absolute positioning system.
