Pharmaceutical composition contains as active substance 20.0–50.0 wt% 4,4,4-trichloro-1-(4-chlorophenyl)butane-1,3-dione and auxiliary substances – 40.0–70.0 wt% of microcrystalline cellulose, 5.0–15.0 wt% of starch, 3.0–10.0 wt% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1.0–10.0 wt% of disintegrant, 0.5–1.0 wt% stearic acid and / or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

EFFECT: composition according to the invention, obtained by direct compression or encapsulation of various components, provides a high degree of release of the active substance, has sufficient mechanical strength, is characterized by high therapeutic activity, satisfactory processing characteristics and is stable during storage for at least 2 years.
