FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to plastic surgery. Subcutaneous and suprafascial mobilization of the mammary gland is performed, dissection of the posterior surface of 2/3 part of the gland by longitudinal and transverse incisions. Dissection to the "pocket" is performed between the gland tissue and subcutaneous fat after hydrodissection with detachment of connective tissue of the old submammary fold. 2/3 of the glands are mobilized from subcutaneous fat and underlying muscles and an anatomical implant is used, the upper part of which is placed under the greater pectoral muscle, and the lower part – under the mammary gland.
EFFECT: method does not require expensive equipment and several stages of operation, allows to correct tubular deformation of mammary glands, even with severe degree of constriction of parenchyma, in which other methods are ineffective or require several stages of correction.
