FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, namely to mammology. Planes for implant placement are formed under greater pectoral muscle and under mammary gland. A third plane is formed by detaching the skin and subcutaneous fat to a half-level from the inferior border of the areola to the submammary fold. Additionally, segmental resection is used to correct soft tissues, while mammary gland skin is corrected by processing a third plane by argon plasma coagulation.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the intensity of pain in the patients after the surgery and reducing the length of exudation, as well as reducing the rate of complications and necrosis in the patients after the surgery; allows effective correction of ptosis.
