SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propellant rocket systems. In the multi-vector matrix rocket propulsion system, a flat disk-like with a wavy external outline monolithic heat-resistant dielectric (MHRD) substrate with a square matrix reversible structure of motor cells placed on it is connected to repeating its contour cylinder-like hollow with wave-like profile MHRD substrate with radial-fan orientation of all longitudinal axes of cone-shaped micropore to centers of alternating conjugated concave and convex semi-circles. Micropores are filled with solid fuel and ranged by volume in proportions of consecutive degrees of number two. Two wavy heat-resistant dielectric membranes with ordered micropores are applied to centers of micropores. Values and directions of tie-rods are controlled by five string, column and data decoders, motor cells addresses switchboard, alternative and spent combinations memory units and controller.

EFFECT: higher speed and accuracy of spacecraft reconfiguration.
