FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to mining, its section of geotechnologies, namely, to production of solid mineral by means of underground leaching (UL). Method for extraction of useful ore components from productive solution in mining field includes preparation of peat deposits on day surface of leaching agent based on swamp water, covering deposits of iron ore, supply of leaching agent via production well into ore formation, mixing of leaching agent with flow, which is watering ore bed, leaching of useful ore components with formation of productive solution, supply of the productive solution along the production well to the collecting tank of the wellhead reservoir during the half-flow of the earth tide, extraction of the priority useful ore component from the productive solution with formation of an intermediate product in the collecting container, supplying an intermediate product to a settling basin, obtaining, after settling an intermediate product, a collective concentrate of useful components of the ore and recycled water, feeding the collective concentrate for storage into a container, supplying recycled water to the water supply system of the fishery. Process of extraction of priority useful component of ore from productive solution is implemented by sequence of following operations, specifically cultivation and propagation of iron bacteria, preparation of bacterial suspensions, production of perforated organic material, or latticed, or mesh tape-type matrix, seeding of matrix with bacterial microflora, production of plastic resistant to aggressive acid, alkaline and bacterial medium, replaceable cartridge with belt receiver, placing the disseminated matrix in the cartridge ribbon, providing microorganisms with optimal conditions of vital activity inside the cartridge, including quality of the matrix substrate, nutrient medium, temperature mode and protection from negative external effects, placing a cartridge or cascade battery of several cartridges charged with iron bacteria, into the well production well reservoir collecting reservoir, exposing the matrix in the flow productive solution for the set time to extraction of the priority ore component, removable cartridge removal from the collecting container, replacement of the metal-bearing matrix with a new matrix, which is contaminated with bacterial microflora, recycling the extraction cycle of the priority component of the ore from the productive solution, wherein entire metal extraction process is performed automatically by robotic complex in production field simultaneously at several production wells.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and intensity of process of extraction of priority useful component of ore from productive solution collected at UL in wellhead reservoir of production well, as well as collection and storage of obtained product in mining field.
