FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to mining, to geotechnological methods of extraction of solid minerals, in particular, by underground leaching (UL) method with subsequent enrichment of produced aqueous solution and its hydrometallurgical processing can be used at development of: deposits in heavily flooded and unstable sedimentary rocks, ores of oxidation zones of sulphide deposits, off-balance areas, deep-lying deposits with poor ore, dumps and tailing dumps. According to the method, supply of aqueous product solution is performed automatically proportionally to decrease of water table level. Water is removed from the pool automatically by accelerated freezing of ice in the form of spheres and their periodic extraction from the near-surface water layer of the pool with subsequent return of water after enrichment in the process of underground leaching by impregnating swamp peat deposits, overlapping the extraction section of the ore deposit during spring melting of ice. Collective concentrate output is performed automatically at achievement of specified level of collective concentrate in volume of pool fluid. Method is carried out using an automated control system comprising an outdoor pool on a day surface of the earth, filled with an aqueous solution, pipeline for water supply of productive solution, equipped with shutoff valves, ice retainer, device for extraction of ice from water surface of pool, pipeline for distribution of collective concentrate of useful components of ore for storage, equipped with shutoff valves. System further comprises a wind trap, a waterfree ball-shaped core of the ice sphere, axial soppler feed lines of the industrial product, equipped with shutoff and control valves, servo drive, basin mirror level sensor, industrial raw material tangential sipping pipelines, equipped with shutoff and control valves, servo drive, basin mirror level sensor, ice sphere immersion sensor, trawl mesh mechanism for extraction of ice sphere from pool, pipeline of collective concentrate delivery, equipped with shutoff-control valves, servo drive, collective concentrate level gauge.
EFFECT: technical result is providing effective enrichment of aqueous product solution in continental climatic conditions of Siberian winter, as well as recycling commercial water in process of underground leaching.
