SUBSTANCE: disclosed is absorbent product (1) having a longitudinal direction, a lateral direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction, and a front-rear direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction. Absorbent article (1) comprises: front waist portion (30) extending along the lateral direction; rear waist portion (20) extending along lateral direction; and crotch portion (10) located between front waist portion (30) and rear waist portion (20). End section on one side of rear waist portion (20) on one side in lateral direction is connected to end section on one side of front waist portion (30) on one side in lateral direction. Rear waist portion (20) comprises fastening portion (41) on the other side in a lateral direction. Also, when absorbent article (1) is worn on, fastening portion (41) protrudes laterally from the rear waist portion (20) and is attachable to the front waist portion (30). Rear waist portion (20) comprises elastic region (X) at least in upper end portion. Distance in lateral direction between end (Xe1) on one side of elastic region (X) on one side and center of crotch portion (10) is less than distance in lateral direction between other end (Xe2) on other side of elastic region (X) on other side and center of crotch portion (10).
