SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroacoustics, radio engineering and electrical engineering and can be used to construct synchronous multichannel analogue-to-digital conversion systems using analogue-to-digital converters with oversampling frequency (ADC-OSF) used in hydroacoustic equipment. System comprises at least two ADC-OSF, a reference oscillator and tracking synchronization units based on the number of ADC-OSF, made in form of a phase detector, summing operational amplifiers enveloped by feedback, having low-pass filter transmission characteristic, sources of constant controlled voltage, inverters, controlled quartz generators.

EFFECT: improved reliability and noise immunity.
