SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroacoustics, radio engineering and electrical engineering and can be used to design synchronous multichannel analogue-to-digital conversion systems. To this end, a delta-sigma ADC synchronization system, comprising a group of at least two closely spaced delta-sigma ADCs, a signal generator, the input of which is connected to a clock signal generator, and the output of the clock frequency of the signal generator and the output of the periodic synchronization signals are connected to the corresponding inputs of all delta-sigma ADCs of the group, in the presence of several remote from each other groups of delta-sigma ADCs, a series-connected phase detector is introduced, low-pass filter and an external periodic synchronization source, the clock signal generator is made with controlled voltage, and its input is connected to the output of the low-pass filter, wherein the first input of the phase detector is connected to the external periodic synchronization source, and the second input is connected to the data readiness output of one of the delta-sigma ADCs of each group.

EFFECT: enabling synchronization of several groups of delta-sigma ADCs located at a considerable distance from each other and from synchronizing equipment.
