FIELD: electronic workflow.

SUBSTANCE: in the electronic document management system control method, comprising the transaction registration server between the parties, forming the first party documents database, where the first party documents are transaction objects, at that part of the document database information is open for the second side, and formation of documents database is carried out from documents requested by either side. Documents in the open database or documents previously provided to the second party are unconditionally transmitted to the second side upon request, and requisites of the person requesting documents on behalf of the second side are registered without possibility of removal; each transaction is initiated by the first user of the second side and is approved with observance of the specified parameters.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of costs for computational operations, exclusion of transactions, which do not comply with norms and rules, as well as impersonal transactions.
