SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses means of conducting commercial transactions based on an image of a bar code. Proposed to realise the described result is a system for conducting commercial transactions based on an image of a bar code, containing a mobile terminal, a cash terminal, a first internal server, and a second internal server; wherein the cash terminal is configured to issue an image of a bar code; the mobile terminal is configured to receive the image of a bar code and decode the image of a bar code, wherein the first internal server is configured to check the image of a bar code and determine whether the image of a bar code is generated in accordance with the preset encoding rule; and the mobile terminal is configured to issue a request for a commercial transaction to the second internal server; and the second internal server is configured to receive the request for a commercial transaction.
