SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite nonwoven elastic materials, for such applications as functional elastic materials, cleaning wipes, medical tissues, protective clothes, filtration, packaging, personal hygiene products, and related to stretched elastic materials containing threads and film. Laminated material comprises a core structure having a first surface and a second surface, the core structure comprising an elastic core layer and a plastic core layer, wherein the elastic core layer is one of the following: a film, a plurality of threads and a plurality of strips, and wherein the plastic core layer is one of the following: a film layer, a plurality of threads and a plurality of strips, wherein the plastic core structure reinforces the core layer in the machine direction; and a nonwoven first face layer attached to the first surface.

EFFECT: invention represents a new class of "nonwoven material/film" of soft, flexible and fabric-like structures.
