FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining, in particular to the mixing-charging machines construction, used for the emulsion explosive mechanized preparation and the holes and wells loading in the conduct of underground mining operations. Frame is made in the form of mobile trolley with handles and protective covers. Emulsion container is made in the form of separate container, which is by means of hose connected to the device hydraulic system through the adapter. Connected to the external power source via pneumatic station pneumatic reciprocating pumps, are hydraulically connected to the emulsion, gas-generating additive, and water containers, and to the charging hose. To calibrate the gas generating additive flow rate the three-way valve is used. To control the emulsions preparation process controllers are used. As the emulsion and gas generating additive mixer, injector and installed at the charging hose end static mixer are used. In the injector, co-axially to the emulsion flow the gas-generating additive is injected into the emulsion flow. Static mixer is installed in the adapter connecting the charging hose to the emulsion explosive spraying flare extinguisher, made in the form of hollow cylinder with the output part in the form of cylinder with length L ranging from 35d to 50d, and diameter D of not more than 5d, where d is the static mixer outlet nozzle diameter, mm.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the machine overall dimensions and to preserve possibility of the charge column of sustained shape creation.
