FIELD: refrigerating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigerating equipment, namely to refrigerating machines using magnetic material as working medium and magnetocaloric effect for cooling. Rotary magnetic refrigerating machine comprises housing accommodating rotor, heat carrier system consisting of feed and discharge branch pipes, and magnetic system. Magnetocaloric plates are inserted into grooves of rotor rotating by means of coupling of gear transmission with drive gear, which pass during rotation of rotor through magnetic field formed by superconducting magnets located around housing and rotor. Rotor is a casing, in upper part of which there are holes for heat carrier inlet, and lower is closed by heat carrier discharge ring, in inner part of which there is a wetted material, heat carrier movement channel, inlet and outlet holes for heat carrier passage. Water is used as heat carrier. Magnetocaloric plates are coated with hydrophobic coating.
EFFECT: increase of cooling capacity.
