FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in creation of steam-power, condensation, high-efficiency power units of large single power mainly with supercritical steam parameters. Steam-driven power unit comprises a boiler unit and a steam turbine. Said boiler unit is equipped with an air blower connected by a pressure air duct having a shutoff-control gate, with a regenerative air heater, the outlet of which is connected via a pipeline to the furnace chamber of the said boiler unit, and a burner device. Said air blower has steam-driven power unit with its feed from intermediate steam extraction of said steam turbine. At that, said steam-turbine drive is equipped with control valves to change the flow rate of the exhaust steam and, accordingly, to the air supplied to the combustion chamber air blower through the air heater in accordance with the boiler unit load variation. Said blower is additionally equipped with excess air discharge line connected to said pressure air line to atmosphere with shutoff-control damper installed on it, as well as a controller which generates control signals for movement of said shut-off and control valves and said control valves for changing the flow rate of the exhaust steam.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of reduction at minimum electrical load of power unit amount of air supplied to furnace chamber of boiler unit, to a level lower than allowed by its minimum flow rate from an air blower with steam-driven drive.
