FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of disperse oil product sorbents. Hydrophilization chamber with the loaded porous aluminosilicate material is evacuated to residual pressure of 20–30 kPa, the material is treated in the medium of superheated water vapor. Temperature is increased to 280–310 °C, maintaining pressure in chamber within atmospheric pressure. Mixture is held at the achieved temperature for 20–30 minutes. Steam is discharged into a pre-evacuated receiver to residual pressure in the working chamber of 10–15 kPa. Water-repellent is supplied in liquid phase in amount of 0.1–0.3 g per 1 l of volume of hydrophilization chamber, maintained at 350–400 °C for 5–20 minutes. Heat is switched off. When temperature is lower than 120 °C is sucked in. Device is a horizontally installed sealed cylindrical chamber with a cover door. Chamber is equipped with longitudinal inner ribs for arrangement of trays with hydrophobizable material. In upper part chamber is equipped with branch pipe with shutoff valve and evaporator for water repellent. In the lower part of the chamber there is a water evaporator-tray. Device is equipped with branch pipe with shutoff valve for connection of vacuum receiver.

EFFECT: high quality of the hydrophobic coating and wider range of regenerable oil sorbents.
