SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind-driven power plant comprises platform (1) having deck (14) and frame (4). Frame (4) comprises multiple generator stations (26), each of which is arranged to support and support corresponding detachable wind turbine generator (13). There are generators delivery means (11, 11a, 12; 32, 35) made and installed with possibility to move wind turbine generator (13) between deck and generator station. Generators delivery devices contain movable device (32) for moving generators which is made with possibility of disconnection with generators transportation means (35) on frame (4), movable device (32) for moving generators is made and installed with possibility of retention and support of wind turbine generator (13), as well as manipulation thereof. Wind turbine generator (13) includes housing (16), in which turbine (17) is located with possibility of rotation. Wherein said turbine comprises multiple vanes interconnected by peripheral rim (27) while rim comprises multiple magnets (20, 22). Housing comprises multiple coils (21; 23) located in close proximity to peripheral rim (17). Platform (1) is a floating platform resting on, at least, on strong body (2), which is connected to sea bottom by means of turret mooring (6, 7).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification of operation and maintenance.
