FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electronic measurement device (1) intended for installation on vehicle battery (2) and comprising: an electric power input and an electric power output (12), wherein power input or power supply output are formed by electroconductive clamping body configured to be compressed around first axis when clamping means (20) is actuated so that it can be tightened around battery terminal; signal output (13) comprising measurement values of at least one electric current parameter circulating between the power input and the power output, wherein the clamping means is configured to be actuated by movement around or along a second axis substantially parallel to the first axis.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for measuring current with vertical clamping on a terminal of an accumulator battery.
