SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a sealed battery case for an electric vehicle having a configuration capable of suppressing or preventing the inflow of water penetrating between the case and the battery cover for an electric vehicle. The effect is achieved due to the fact that the container-type housing, the upper part of which is open as an inlet, so that a battery module for supplying power to the vehicle, electrical wiring and a control circuit can be included in it, contains a cover covering the open upper part of the housing, while on the open upper part of the body, a flange-type connecting part is provided on the body side and a flange-type connecting part on the cover side, which faces the connection with the body side, wherein one part is provided at the bottom of the cover connecting the body side and a part connecting the cover side , which have connecting holes for fastening to each other with a fixing screw, the sealing element forming a closed curve that includes the entrance, passing around the inside of the fixing screw between the connecting part of the body and the connecting part of the cover, in order to ensure watertightness between the body and lid.
