FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for finishing-hardening treatment of local areas of surfaces, for example, parts of blade parts with removed metal by results of dynamic balancing of high-speed rotors of aerospace engineering. In compliance with this method, microspheres of different sizes are fed in two stages via ejector-type nozzle. At the first stage, treatment for at least 30 s is carried out in gas-liquid weakly conducting medium at electric field voltage of 4–6 V, at that on local section of surface at its passage before nozzle cut at an angle of not more than 90° microspheres with diameter of 250 mcm are fed at compressed air pressure of 0.5–0.6 MPa, and when the rest of the surface passes through the nozzle, the compressed air pressure is reduced to 0.15 MPa. At the second stage, mixture of microspheres with diameter of 50 and 100 mcm with gas-liquid medium without application of electric field at compressed air pressure of not more than 0.2 MPa for at least 60 s is supplied to entire part surface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a uniform degree of cold-hardening and elimination of microcracks over the entire surface subjected to uneven metal removal as per balancing results.
