SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and can be used as compact structure for separation of sludge and post-treatment of waste waters of settlements, small towns, separate sewage facilities to regulatory requirements. Wastewater treatment plant comprises a housing including central and peripheral parts, flotation sludge separator 1 arranged in central part of housing, equipped with scraper 5 installed in upper part of floatation sludge separator 1, and collector with sludge discharge pipeline 6, devices for supply of sludge mixture and water 3, saturated air, as well as overflow for water separated from sludge, and bioreactor 9 with submerged filtering charge 13 for post-treatment of water separated from sludge, arranged in peripheral part of housing, connected to floatation sludge separator 1 through overflow for water separated from sludge and equipped with pipeline for discharge of after-treated water 18, aeration and regeneration systems 16.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing dimensions of the capacitance structure and improving the quality of purified water.
