FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in designing asynchronous electric motors fed from frequency converters. Staged magnetic conductor of the stator is assembled of segments, the number of which is equal to the number of slots, and all segments are isolated from each other by an insulating coating to prevent short-circuiting of segments between each other. Sheets in each segment are fastened by pressing method. In each slot of the segment there is a solid rod of winding without groove insulation. Besides, each segment has an additional cooling groove. Entire multiphase rod wave one-layer winding of the asynchronous motor stator with the laminated magnetic conductor assembled from segments is enclosed in a non-conductive body to exclude closing of segments between each other.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability and improved cooling of wave winding.
