FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat supply systems of various facilities for both land and underground purposes, and is intended for producing heat energy (hot air) and its supply to facility. Disclosed is method of air heating with flue gases coming from combustion chamber of solid fuel into built-in plate recuperative gas-air heat exchanger. Heated in air jacket enclosing combustion chamber, primary air is directed into combustion chamber active zone, and secondary air is supplied to afterburning zone, fuel combustion process is carried out in high-temperature fluidized bed, and the formed flue gases are directed to the heat exchanger, after which hot air is directed to the object through the air ducts, and flue gas removed in the ash collector is removed into the atmosphere.
EFFECT: reducing metal consumption of the installation, increasing the plant efficiency, increasing the temperature of the supplied flue gases to the heat exchanger up to 1,000 °C.
