SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a concealment compartment for retracting the lug/plate of a vehicle safety latch, a belt retracting assembly and a lug/lap of the vehicle safety latch and embodiments of the vehicle. Tape retractor comprises retractor belt retractor arranged in compartment and pocket arranged nearby compartment to accommodate safety belt latch tab/plate therein. Pocket is formed by at least partition and door, made with possibility of movement between open configuration and closed configuration. Closed configuration forms a gap between the wall and the door, which is sufficient for the belt of the safety belt passage through it. Shock absorber controls speed of door movement between open configuration and closed configuration, providing opening/closing element with soft touch. Door can be made with possibility of rotation between open and closed configurations or with possibility of movement between open and closed configurations.

EFFECT: providing safety belt tab concealment when it is not used.
