Holder of objects comprises a detent for detachable engagement of a plurality of vertically arranged above each other wavy guide ledges. Detent additionally includes ledge for sliding engagement of interacting slot connected with wavy guide. According to the second version, the holder assembly for the motor vehicle comprises an object holder comprising a holder strap. According to the third version, the holder assembly for a motor vehicle comprises a pair of spaced vertical parallel guides, a holder comprising a holder strap including a rotary gate valve. Versions of the motor vehicle comprise variants of the said holder assembly.
