In a valve mechanism for filling and emptying with a liquid of a pressurized container, having a housing with an external axial opening and an inner axial hole for supply / discharge of liquid to / from the container, fixed by a connecting element provided with an outlet, on the neck of the container, supply means in the form of a tubular member configured to axially displace in the housing, having radial holes on top and a locking element on its upper end, filling tube, spring-loaded from below relative to the tubular element of the supply means, sealing element configured to close / open the outer axial hole for supply / discharge of liquid to / from the container, at that, functioning in the valve mechanism housing of two coaxial channels of liquid and / or gas movement, namely: inside the tubular element of the supply means and between the outer surface of the tubular member and the inner surface of the housing, as well as pneumatic / hydraulic connection / disconnection of channels when the tubular element of the supply means moves, the sealing element is a plate with a stepped axial hole made with possibility of tight interaction with the shutoff element of the tubular element, on which rotary and / or axial movement is detachably connected between housing and connecting element box-shaped float with internal and external end holes is installed, on lateral surfaces of which there are elements made with possibility to create rotary moment for float chamber.

EFFECT: increased service life of valve normal operation due to possibility of effective cleaning of inner cavity of connecting element, sealing element and its seat.
