FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for needle protection is suitable for installation on a syringe body spout with a glued needle. Said device comprises: an outer bushing configured to move along a longitudinal axis between a front position in which it closes the needle and a retracted position in which it does not close the needle, means of return for return of sleeve in front position, containing spring, and means for stopping sleeve in front position at the end of injection, containing at least one recess, which forms guide for retainer, supported by first part of needle cover. Device further comprises a rigid protective cap for protecting the needle, comprising a flexible tip placed in the rigid cover, wherein said cover comprises a first portion and a second portion configured to be separated from the first portion by rotary movement relative to the first portion, wherein the first cover portion comprises resilient fasteners, containing lugs, which are made with the possibility of elastic latching around the syringe nozzle, which allows to attach the first part of the lid and the syringe body during rotation. Two parts of cover are connected to each other by weakened crosspieces, which are made with possibility of destruction in case of application of relative torque between two parts of cover part. Second part of the cover protrudes from the bushing so that the user can rotate it and separate it from the first part; at that, the outer surface of the tip and the inner surface of the lid are separated by a gap in order to exclude the risk of joint rotation of the tip with the second part of the cover by means of friction. Device additionally comprises devices for connection by translational movement between tip and second part of cover, made in such a way that tip and second part of cover can be removed from syringe together without rotation of tip around needle, wherein connecting means comprise teeth located on inner radial surface of cover.
EFFECT: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for needle protection and to a method for manufacturing pre-filled syringes with a glued needle.
