FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: carpule disposable injector syringe, comprising a cylindrical body, with one end having a stop handle with a projection for fingers and an opening at the end for movable mouting of a thrust rod with a bar tip at one end and an annular stop for fingers on another, and the opposite end of the body has a hole and provided with a junction for a double-pointed needle in the form of a sleeve and a movable cylindrical protective cap mounted on the casing and adapted to longitudinal displacement and locking on the sleeve, and a carpule with a rubber piston with a recess for the thrust rod bar tip on one end, and a rubber cover and a metal cap at theother; characterized by the detachable double-pointed needle assembly mounting sleeve installed at the opposite end of the housing using threaded connection, and the projection-limiter for carpule movement towards the stop handle installed on the housing inner surface, while the stop handles are integrally connected to the housing.
EFFECT: increased syringe safety both for the patient and staff due to design changes, which enables automated syringe assembly under clean room conditions, allowing to assemple a sterile syringe, and provides protection against accidental injury of medical staff by an infected needle due to the fact that the needle is constantly covered with a protective cap after use for safe separation from the carpule injector and recycling.
