FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has needle protection cap manufactured from flexible material enveloping the cap and having internal means for catching the cap allowing one to pull the cap inside when taking off the protection cap. The internal means for catching the cap are enclosed into the protection cap and have at least one longitudinal gripping member manufactured as a whole with lateral wall of the protection cap by means of intermediate flexible hinged joint forming coupling of restricted length. The inferior longitudinal area is free point-like end introduced into the needle protection cap in a way allowing it making engagement with the cap when introducing it into the protection cap and giving engaged structure to swing. The inferior longitudinal area has frontal rest surface called back surface, that thrusts against the lateral wall of the protection end piece usable for restricting back tilt of each engaged structure built with the protection end piece.
