FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to end beam generation in a system using an end-to-end relay. Beam generation systems (500) include through repeaters (503, 1202, 3403) and ground networks (502) to provide communication with user terminals (517) arranged in user beam coverage areas (519). Ground segment may include geographically distributed access nodes (515) and central processing system (505). Uplink reverse signals (525) transmitted from user terminals have multibeam propagation induced by multiple paths (1702) of signal reception / transmission in an end-to-end relay, and transmitted to a ground network. Ground network using beam generators (513, 531) recovers user data streams transmitted by user terminals from downlink feedback signals (527). Ground network using beam generators (513, 529) generates uplink forward signals (521) from appropriately weighted combinations of user data streams, which, after relaying through a through relay, form downlink forward signals (522), which are combined to form user beams.
EFFECT: technical result is equalization of delays and elimination of distortions in feeder communication line.
