FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacy. Disclosed is the use of the Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro (Semax) heptapeptide for the dysbiosis correction in chronic immobilization stress. Technical result of invention is implementation of assignment, wherein in intestinal biopsy material content of lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, Escherichia coli with normal fermentative activity, enterococci was significantly higher than in absence of treatment in chronic immobilizing stress; content of fungus Candida, Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Morganella spp., conversely, significantly reduced.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of dysbiosis correction under chronic immobilization stress.
