FIELD: hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from sanitary-hygienic and household purpose paper, in particular to production of toilet sanitary napkins, toilet paper or tampons, gaskets. Advantages: a small amount of active substances facilitates production and eliminates the phenomenon of polyphragmasia (polyphragmasia – simultaneous prescription of several drugs); minimal manifestation of side effects due to novocaine hydrochloride exclusion, which will expand range of use of sanitary-hygienic material; inclusion of herbal medicinal components that have a mild therapeutic effect; increased concentration of ethyl alcohol and use of isopropyl alcohol accelerates the drying process; fast and effective anesthetic effect; potential use in pregnant women and hypertension; cost-effective and efficient use of isopropyl alcohol due to the fact that ethyl alcohol is on subject-quantitative accounting. Paper sanitary-hygienic material in the form of a toilet tissue, toilet paper or a tampon, a liner is impregnated with a solution containing medicinal preparations in amount of 100–200 % of the paper weight and dried till dry condition.

EFFECT: purpose of invention is to improve the properties of sanitary-hygienic material in the form of a toilet tissue, toilet paper or a tampon, gaskets and their use by persons suffering proctologic diseases.
