Advantages: small amounts of the active ingredients facilitates production and avoids a phenomenon of polypharmacy, usability of dry sanitary and hygienic material, increase in the alcohol concentration and elimination of glycerol accelerates the drying process, a fast and effective anaesthetic effect, the ability to use by pregnant women, the ability to use in hypertension, the long term of storage.

EFFECT: improvement of properties of paper toilet wipes, toilet paper and tampons to enable their use as auxiliary sanitary and hygienic material for people suffering from various diseases of the anal region of rectum.
