FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of blasting operations, in particular to electric charge explosion, and can be used in mining, construction and other fields. Universal automated system for initiation of charges of industrial explosives includes power supply source, accumulator capacitor, commutator, analogue-to-digital converter, stray currents control unit. In addition, it is equipped with controlled high-voltage converter, contactor, test voltage shaper, low-voltage converter, unit for measuring resistance of electric blast circuit, control unit, voltage measurement unit, current measurement unit, information display device, information input device, galvanic isolation unit. Power supply by one output is connected to controlled high-voltage converter, which output is connected to storage capacitor, and one capacitor-accumulator output is connected to the test voltage former through the contactor, and the second capacitor-accumulator output is connected to the voltage measurement unit. Test voltage former is connected to the electric blast circuit through the first input of the switch and the outputs of the switch are connected to the current measurement unit and the unit for measuring the resistance of the electric blast circuit. Second output of power supply is connected to low-voltage converter, to output of which analog-digital converter is connected, a current measurement unit, a voltage measurement unit and a unit for measuring the resistance of the electric blast circuit. Outputs of the current measurement unit, the voltage measurement unit and the unit for measuring the resistance of the electric blast circuit are connected to an analogue-to-digital converter, to the inputs of which the stalling current control unit and the galvanic decoupling unit are connected. Unit of stray current control by the second input is connected to electrodes for measurement of stray currents, and the second input of the galvanic decoupling unit is connected to the control unit. Outputs of the galvanic decoupling unit are connected to the contactor, the test voltage former and to the switch, and to the inputs of the control unit, an information input device, a power source, and outputs of control unit are connected to low-voltage converter, to controlled high-voltage converter, to galvanic decoupling unit and to information display device.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency, safety and failure-free operation of blasting operations.
