FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular to analogue-to-digital conversion, namely to code scales of digital angle converters (DAC). Device comprises an information track made in the form of pseudorandom binary sequence graduation of maximum length of period M=2n-1, constructed by means of primitive polynomial h (x)of degree n, where n is digit scale, n information and (k+kd+2) correcting reading elements arranged along data path with angular steps, multiple magnitudes of scale quantum δ=360°/M, with possibility of obtaining M different (n+k+kd+2)-bit code combinations, which are a correcting code with possibility of correction of double and/or detect triple errors, outputs of reading elements are output of pseudorandom code scale.
EFFECT: high information reliability of the device owing to generation of a correcting code with possibility of correcting double and/or detect triple errors.
