FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to production of organomineral substance based on potassium humate, which can be used as fertilizer, fodder additives and biologically active additive. Method includes mixing peat, water and potassium hydroxide with bubbling the obtained mixture, exposure to ultraviolet, placing the obtained material into a vacuum reactor for mixing with periodical passing through a closed cycle through a homogenizer. After settling the produced mixture, repeated bubbling is performed and further centrifugation. Raw material is filled in dissolver in the following sequence: 70–85 % of peat, potassium hydroxide, then rest peat. Method includes adding a portion of preliminarily purified water passing through a homogenizer at temperature of 55–65 °C and first slowly mixing with bubbling with an oxygen-ozone mixture, then, while adding the rest of the water, accelerated stirring. Treatment in a vacuum reactor is carried out for not less than 80 minutes.
EFFECT: obtaining a homogeneous pure product with high content of humic acids and low content of heavy metals.
